Entertaining friends and family at home is an excellent alternative to going out in these difficult economic times. For many entertaining has always been a challenge between spending time with your guests and serving them. As many seasoned entertainers know the answer to enjoying their own party is planning, organizing and preparation. Foods can be prepared a day or more ahead of time as well as cleaning your home. The day of the party is busy with putting out the plates and utensils, adding decorative accents, candles and more. And with the popularity of wine, serving it at a party is always an excellent idea.

Here are some ideas for making your wine selection accessible, organized, a part of your elegant party decor and best of all self serve. Use your wine racks. That's right, use your wine racks! A selection of table top wine racks can be very useful to display and organize your selection of wine that you will be serving at your party.

Main bar or drink area:

For your main bar or drink area use a larger wine rack with 5-10 spaces for wine bottles to display and hold the wines you have chosen to serve at your dinner event. This wine rack will hold the wine bottles that will replace the ones already made ready to serve. Place the wine rack already filled with the chosen wines you will be serving set off to the side of the table area and closer to the back. Place beside it your wine opener of choice so it is visible and easily accessible for your guests. For your white or rose wines have a beverage tub nearby. Your white wine and other chilled wines, go in the tub. Additional white wine bottles are stored in the wine rack along with the back up red wines you are serving. Then when guests finish up one bottle they will look to the wine rack to replace it allowing you to relax and enjoy the party. To encourage your party guests to comply with your self serve wine bar, set up in an attractive eye catching frame a message requesting they refill the wine bucket if they took the last of a certain bottle of wine. A trash can nearby would be a good idea also for the guests to dispose of the emptied wine bottles. However if as a host you feel that is getting a bit too tacky, just swing by the bar area occasionally and dispose of the emptied bottles yourself.

Put smaller wine racks in several locations:

Another idea is to put smaller wine racks and wine buckets in several locations around the entertaining area of your house. Put one outdoors on the deck, one in the great room where people may be sitting and chatting, and one in your main food serving area. Think about it. Often hosts put trays of finger foods around in different areas for easy accessibility by their guests. The same concept works for your wine selection. Your guests will love the accessibility and so will you. And there will not be a large clump of people hanging around your bar serving area.

Entertaining with wine can be simple and fun. With these suggestions the party will not only be enjoyed by the guests but the hosts as well. No need to continually run to your wine cellar or wine closet for more wine bottles. Be prepared, be relaxed and serve wine at your next party.

Have you heard the term Coopetition? If not, you'll hear it soon. It is causing quite a stir in the marketing circles.

So in case that you are not familiar with the term, let's start by defining coopetition. If we check Wikipedia, we find the following definition:

"Coopetition or Co-opetition is a neologism coined to describe cooperative competition. Co-opetition occurs when companies work together for parts of their business where they do not believe they have competitive advantage, and where they believe they can share common costs. For instance, the cooperation between Peugeot and Toyota on shared components for a new city car for Europe in 2005. In this case, companies will save money on shared costs, while remaining fiercely competitive in other areas. For co-opetition to work, companies need to very clearly define where they are working together, and where they are competing."

Your long-term business success comes not solely from competing successfully against other restaurants, but also by working with them to your advantage.

Coopetition is part competition and part cooperation. When restaurants work together, they can create a much larger and more valuable market that they ever could by working individually. Restaurants can then compete with each other to determine who takes the largest share of the increased number of potential customers.

A good example of coopetition between restaurants is when there is section of a city or town that has several restaurants concentrated in a relatively small area. If you look at this area from a traditional business point of view, opening a food service establishment there looks like a bad idea.

Why should anybody open a restaurant in an area already full of restaurants?

The reality is that the abundance of places to eat attracts customers who may visit the area without any specific restaurant in mind, and make their decision when they arrive.

This is where the competition starts.

Typically, the restaurants with the best ambiance or most attractive menu or the best quality/price, that are filled with the most people, usually bring in the most customers...

There are many typical examples of coopetition such as:

o Food courts: All the restaurants are placed together in places like shopping centers - sharing tables, trays, cleaning services, etc. Customers are brought to the same spot (cooperation), and then they compete for their business (competition).

o Advertising: Sometimes restaurants collaborate to put together a food magazine or similar publication where they each contribute (both in money and in content) to the publication.

o Special food events: Sometimes several restaurants organize food events where they all contribute food or display their items at food stalls. Because of the participation of many restaurants --and good marketing -- crowds of people attend these events (there is usually music involved and often many other activities as well).

o Etc.

As you can see, these are some of the possibilities for coopetition. However, there are some other intriguing ideas for you to consider. Here you have a few to think about:

o Cross-promotion with restaurants that offer different food than yours. Often your menu doesn't compete directly with other restaurants. If a person is in the mood for Italian food, for example, she won't go to an Indian restaurant to dine or vice versa.

Perhaps you can join forces with restaurants in your area that have other styles of cuisine, and together create a coupon book that you can distribute to the regular clients of the participating restaurants. Or maybe you could create a discount card that your customers could use in any of the restaurants in your area. This will attract more customers to your neighborhood.

o Cross-promotion with restaurants that offer the same kind of food than yours, but are not located near your place.

Again, usually people prefer to go to restaurants that are near their homes or workplace. If there is a French restaurant nearby and they are in the mood for French cuisine, they won't typically travel far to a different French restaurant... unless the other French restaurant is so superior that it's worth the trip -- and this where the competition kicks in.

So what can you cross-promote? Well, if you have an ethnic restaurant you could create a newsletter sharing printing and perhaps distribution costs with similar restaurants and distribute it to clients of all the restaurants involved. The newsletter should cover articles about the foods, culture, geography, etc. of the restaurant's native country.

But what if your restaurant is an all-American place? Give unique information about your areas. You still can have trivia about the specific states, some local recipes, etc.

o Join forces to negotiate better deals for linens, food and beverage products, menu printing menus, etc. Imagine that you talk to the owners of nearby restaurants, and you make a deal to use the same distributors for common things like linens, candles, dishwasher maintenance and supplies, garbage and/or grease disposal, exhaust filters, printed menus, etc. You could then request a volume discount from these distributors and everybody will benefit.

These are just some quick examples of coopetition. Joining forces with your competitors could be a win-win proposition. Just be smart about it and think about areas where both of you could benefit.

Can you think of more areas for coopetition? I would love to know. Please visit my web site and let me know.

Happy Co-opetition!

Restaurants in Kuta can offer you what ever you feel like at that specific moment. They have almost anything you can wish for, even the good old McDonald's, KFC and not to forget the Starbucks. Ok, this isn't officially a restaurant but I won't be surprised if some consider it a great place to eat too...

The best thing about the restaurants here is besides the international cuisine, most restaurants have their own character with a laid-back atmosphere. Obviously the main goal of eating out in Kuta is that you enjoy the food while having a great time...

After many visits to Kuta I have discovered that I have become a regular at these following places:

Gabah Restaurant & Bar: This terrific restaurant is located in the Ramayana Hotel right on the corner of the street. It's a semi-open building (meaning no walls) and has tables and lounge chairs throughout the place. The kitchen is also open, so you can actually see them tossing the pizza dough in the air, or grilling a delicious fish. Both these aspects create the right atmosphere of a place where wonderful food is served.

Besides Balinese dishes they serve all kinds of international dishes as well. Every dish is served beautifully and will have you taking a picture of it before trying it out.

Gabah is one of the restaurants in Kuta which is always packed, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So make reservations or just get there on time. It is however not the cheapest restaurant (but still cheap) compared to others in town, but trust me you'll understand why once you have eaten here. Expect to pay USD 8-10 for an average main dish.

Nero: This restaurant is the trendiest restaurant of this "my top 5 restaurants in Kuta". It has a modern interior and a pretty dark setting with candles. It looks more like a lounge-bar than a real restaurant but I guess it is both; the restaurant serves food till 1.30, while the bar serves drinks till late at night.

Anyway, this is the place to be for all kinds of food but mostly Mediterranean.

My favorites are definitely the Mezze platter as a starter and the Seafood Shish kebab for the main course. But there are other choices in grilled seafood or meat dishes. You can find Nero on Jalan Legian just before the Monument. The average price for a main course is about USD 5.

TJ's: This place is popular with every kind of Bali traveller, from families, to couples and groups of friends. It is a colorful and inviting restaurant that serves mouth watering Mexican food with home made sauce. Besides the regular beef, chicken and vegetarian burrito's and wraps, they have their own surprising combinations as well that are just great.

You must realize though, that once you tasted it and you love it, you can only find it here in Kuta and no where else. So no wonder I have become a regular. I always order the Moroccan Tagine Wrap which is filled with chunky tuna, nuts, and cranberry covered with terrific sauce.

Make sure you keep some room for dessert. On a blackboard just near the bar there is a long list of delicious cakes ranging from cheesecakes to thick creamy chocolate cakes.

I'm sure you'll become a regular too. TJ's is located in Poppies I and a main course is about 3 to 4 US dollars.

Ristaurante Italia: This restaurant is not officially located in Kuta but in Legian. If you are staying in Kuta you will soon discover you will not be able to distinguish both villages from each other anyway. So that's why I believe this splendid Italian restaurant with view on the beach and sea is a must to visit.

It is located at Double Six in Legian and has a huge terrace under the trees. This restaurant is the place that serves the best Italian food in Bali (from all the restaurants I have eaten at least..) Everything I have ordered here made my taste buds go crazy, it was always assolutamente fantastico!

I can't really say what my favourite dish is, but I highly recommend the gnocci pamadori balsamico or the different foccacia or pizza's... Am I any help at all? Average price for a main course is USD 3.

Warung Indonesia: Last but not least of my favourite restaurants in Kuta is a typical Indonesian restaurant that serves their food the Indonesian way; cheap and in abundance. If you enter the restaurant, which is usually packed during lunch, just stroll straight to the back where there is a huge display of dozens of Indonesian dishes.

Check them all out first, because they look all really good but you can not eat them all of course. One of the staff members will scoop some rice on your plate and wait till you start pointing the dishes you want to go with it. It can range from meat dishes to vegetables in delicious coconut gravy.

At the end your plate will be one big mountain of food. You pay for each dish, so if you keep it modest with two kinds of meat dishes and two kinds of vegetables dishes it will be not more than USD 2. But if you can't resist remember: you eventually pay exactly what you have eaten

Chef Carlos Sernaglia, originally from Caracas, incorporates his Italian roots of Liguria and Piedmont into his style of cooking. The outdoor terrace of this Miami Italian restaurant offers views of the ocean. If you already have plans for lunch and dinner, Cioppino Restaurant serves an exquisite brunch on Sundays.

Cioppino's Menu: If you want to get a good feeling for the Tuscan style cuisine, try the Zuppa di Verdura alla Toscana, which is an appetizer soup, or the Carpaccio di Manzo. For the second course, our recommendation is the 14 oz. Veal Chop with sautéed spinach and balsamic sauce or the Costata d Abbacchio, which is a baby rack of lamb with a side of rosemary potatoes and spinach.

It is always a pleasure to eat at Escopazzo when it is known that the owner/chef takes so much pride in his work, importing the majority of his products and keeping on hand over 170 cases of wines from Italy. If you ever wondered who owns a restaurant or where is the mystifying chef that magically combines an array of ingredients to make something so delectable, you will not have this problem at Escopazzo Restaurant in Miami.

Escopazzo's Menu: When you dine at this fine Italian restaurant in Miami, make sure to try the New Zealand Mussels, which is served "with a ragout of baby artichokes, garlic, lemon essence and mint over crispy polenta sticks", or the Carpaccio di Pesce, which consists of a swordfish loin and big eye tuna. For pasta lovers, there is a pumpkin and amaretto filled ravioli, which is a unique combination that arouses the taste buds. The Quail Filled Ravioli with asparagus is our favorite pasta. We recommend the Pepper Crusted Boneless Ribeye for steak lovers as it is tenderly prepared.

Anacapri Restaurant, located in Pinecrest, is a fine Italian restaurant that serves excellent food at great prices. Anacapri also doubles as an authentic Italian market where you can find your imported Italian products without having to jump on a plane. Anacapri has a second location in Coral Gables on Miracle Mile.

Anacapri's Menu: Anacapri keeps its menu simple. For $8.00, you can get the Mozzarella Anacapri appetizer, which is fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, basil, and sundried tomatoes. Unlike some of the more expensive Italian restaurants in Miami Beach, the Veal Pizzaiola or Piccata is moderately priced at $20. If you are in the mood for seafood, Snapper Francese, Marechiara, or Della Casa are always delicious.

Trattoria Sole is a relatively inexpensive Italian restaurant in South Miami. This local spot can get busy so a reservation is recommended. If you are in the mood for outdoor dining, this restaurant it is worth the wait.

Trattoria Sole's Menu: Skipping straight to the dessert menu, the Coconut Flan is one reason to try Trattoria Sole. Other reasons to try this Italian restaurant include their wide selection of pastas, seafood entrees, and veal dishes.

Peppy's in the Gables is a cornerstone of Italian eateries in Miami. Serving Miami restaurant Patrons for over 14 years, Peppy's is surely doing something right. This restaurant is not the most chic of restaurants, but it is surely one of the more savory Italian restaurants.

Peppy's in the Gables Menu: If you are a fan of homemade bruschetta served with fresh tomatoes and scallions, Peppy's is for you. If you are not a bruchetta fan, you simply cannot turn away their plump mussels in a tarragon broth. Peppy's has a large selection of entrees; it may be difficult to decide on just one. I would recommend sharing some of their dishes such as the Veal Marsala ($17.95) and Scampi ($19.50) with others at your table, in order to taste what this Miami restaurant has to offer.

I recently found myself having to do a bit of travelling for work, and during this trek I ended up with a fairly long layover in Charlotte International Airport (thanks mainly to weather ... why do light drizzles of rain cause so much trouble). Normally I dread long layovers, especially when they aren't planned, but Charlotte is one place where I don't tend to mind so much thanks to a wonderful find. This little gem I'm talking about is the Yadkin Valley Wine Bar right there in the airport, which is truly a home away from home for any wine lover. To begin, the bar itself is just a great looking and friendly place that anyone can enjoy. Besides that, the wines themselves that are within the bar are just wonderful and are a part of an amazing selection of North Carolina Wines. Then you have the great prices and deals on the wines as well as a few other commodities and airport essentials. So, how about we take a bit of a better look at the place and hopefully convince you to stop by it next time you'er over that way.

This little gem I'm talking about is the Yadkin Valley Wine Bar right there in the airport, which is truly a home away from home for any wine lover. To begin, the bar itself is just a great looking and friendly place that anyone can enjoy. Besides that, the wines themselves that are within the bar are just wonderful and are apart of an amazing selection of North Carolina Wines. Then you have the great prices and deals on the wines as well as a few other commodities and airport essentials. So, how about we take a bit of a better look at the place and hopefully convince you to stop by it next time you'er over that way.

Just a little ways off from the centre atrium of the airport, you will find the Yadkin Valley Wine Bar pretty much at the intersection of concourses A/B/C and D/E. It is fairly easy to miss as they don't really have much in the way of signage around the airport, and even the sign just outside its doors the signs are quite subtle. But if you ever get lost just follow the signs around the airport for the Harley Davidson shop which is just right next door. Once you do find the bar though you will be greeted by a very warm looking environment with nice wooden walls, a few small tables and faux wine barrel ends along the walls. It makes for a much more friendly atmosphere than the rest of the airport which just seems sterile and cold to me.

What added to this warmth was the friendly and knowledgeable staff (and by staff I mean Cindy, she was the one working on my visit). Seeing as how this isn't a majorly happening spot in the airport (which makes it so much better as you aren't crowded in) the bar is able to get away with just having that single staff member. This actually makes for a far more personal wine experience, that I personally enjoy better, that doesn't feel rushed like if you were at the Fox Sports Bar down a ways in the terminal. When you come in you are greeted quickly and served quite promptly, and every bit of help is given to aid you in making the difficult choice of picking a wine from their selection. And thanks to the knowledge of the bar's wines that Cindy had she was able to pick out a few great wines for me to taste from a couple of questions about other wines I enjoyed. It's this wonderful combination of great service and relative seclusion that really makes this place a great get away from the usually busy airport and various other bars and shops within it.

Now onto the selection of wines that the Yadkin Valley Wine Bar has to offer, which is in now way should be disappointing to any lover of East Coast Wines. The whole selection of wines that they carry comes from North Carolina's wonderful Yadkin Valley region (big surprise there right). From that area they have somewhere around 50 wines I believe from the 8 major vineyards and wineries in that region. And just to be sure to mention their names these wineries and vineyards would be; Hanover Park, RagApple Lassie, RayLen, Shelton Vineyards, Stoney Knoll, Surry Community College, Westbend and Round Peak. Leigh This is great as you really get to see the nice variety and quality of the wines from one of the many great East Coast regions that many just don't usually get to experience (that is unless you live near them of course).

For me I had to go with the tasting flight of 4 wines during my layover so that I could make sure to get a nice sampling of some wines I don't normally have easy access to (despite them only being a few hours away from me really). Now I am not going to go into too much detail about these wines as I plan on saving that for my next few wine reviews, but I will give you a nice little synopsis of each to tide you over. So to begin my tasting that day I started with some nice medium oak white wines, thanks to Cindy's suggestions. The first of these was a really nice Chardonnay from Westbend Vineyard which was a really nice and smooth wine with that classic buttery Chardonnay taste. The Second wine was a decent Viognier, also from Westbend, that had a nice flowery smell but was a bit sweeter than I generally like but still good. The Third wine moved me over to the reds with RayLen vineyards Category 5 which was a fruit forward combination of five different varietals. The last wine in my flight was kinda tart, though still enjoyable, Chambourcin from Stony Knoll Vineyards that had a nice long finish to it. All of these wines were very enjoyable, and ones I plan on picking up again in the future.

Which on that note, I really could have and also should have picked some of them up while I was there. All of the wines, well almost all of the wines that the shop had on the shelves were quite affordable and under that $20 mark that I so love. And of course since you are already past security it is perfectly legal for you to buy a bottle and take it with you on your journey home (or else were of course). But what if you love the wines but don't think it's safe to take it with you, well you're in luck as they will ship to any state that it is legal for them to ship it too. And as an extra bonus if you buy enough wine to fill a case (12 bottles) then your shipping is free, now I am not sure if this was a special offer or not so you should check on that before you buy that whole case.

As for the wine inside the bar it is a pretty good deal with being $7.50 for a flight of 4 wines, or 3 reserve wines, or that same price for just a straight up glass o'wine. And as far as airport prices go this is actually the best deal in Charlotte International for wine (or any alcohol for that matter). They also beat out other stores on other prices as well since they also have the best price on bottled water in the airport at only a buck. Though if you are looking for food you will be a bit hard pressed. They do have it here technically but only things like a cheese plate, so nothing really substantial. But who cares when you have a decently priced glass of wine in a nice little wine bar with wonderfully free internet access provided by the airport.

So, hopefully you have reached the point by now where you have decided that next time you fly through Charlotte that you will stop into the Yadkin Valley Wine Bar. But if you haven't yet, come on you would be seriously missing out. It is an amazingly warm and friendly environment tucked away in an otherwise manic airport, with a great and knowledgeable staff. They have an amazing selection of well priced and tasty, quality wines from a great region (which is probably my third favourite on the East Coast). And with all of that you can get a tasting or a glass of wine for cheaper than anywhere else in the airport, and if you like it have it shipped nearly any place you want. So please, Next time you fly through Charlotte give this place a go and try some great North Carolina wines and you will not be disappointed. Oh, and if Cindy is the one helping you out tell here who told you of the place and say Hi for me.

There is no better way to entertain your guests than around a wine bar in your home. This is the most convenient and sophisticated way to have a party. You can find various styles from country to modern and everything in between. Also, just imagine the convenience of having everything you need for entertaining all in one place. You will no longer need to get your wine glasses from one cabinet, a wine opener in a drawer on the opposite side of the room and your bottles of wine from another storage area.

Choosing the perfect wine bar may be a difficult decision, but there are many ways that you can quickly narrow down the choices. There are many places online that you can easily shop for wine bar furniture and some other items that you will need. Your ultimate wine bar may consist of a wine cooler or wine refrigerator, and stools depending on your chosen style of wine bar.

They can range from small to large. One of my favorites is the expandable wine storage cabinet. This will open up to a wine bar when you are entertaining guests and go back to a compact wine storage cabinet when everyone has gone home. This is perfect for people with limited space like in a condo. There are so many different designs - contemporary, traditional or country to choose from that will perfectly suit your budget and your needs.

Take your time when you are looking at the different styles, sizes and materials. Be sure that you are looking at the dimensions to ensure that it will properly fit in the area that it will be placed. There is nothing worse than your wine bar furniture arriving only to be too big or too small to fit. Also make sure you have the clearances in your home to navigate your chosen purchase on stairs or around corners during the delivery.

If you plan on shopping online then it's important that you check out the companies return policy and ensure you are able to the product if it doesn't work in your decor. Usually a re-stocking fee applies.

Of course you may need some additional accessory items. Some of the basic things you will need to complete your wine bar are: wine glasses, corkscrews, wine decanter, and wine cooler to name a few. I am sure there are other items you already have in mind, in addition to some great bottles of wine to be shared with friends.

Some say it can’t be done, pairing wine with chocolate, but if you have the right wine to complement the right chocolate it can be a match made in heaven! Whether you are pairing a delicate white chocolate or a lively dark chocolate with wine, there are a few pairing tips to keep in mind.

Tips for Successfully Pairings Wines with Chocolate

Rule #1, typically the wine should be at least as sweet, if not a touch sweeter, than the chocolate you are serving it with. Otherwise, the taste may quickly veer towards bitter or sour.

When pairing wines with chocolate, your best bet is to match lighter, more elegant flavored chocolates with lighter-bodied wines; likewise, the stronger the chocolate, the more full-bodied the wine should be. For example, a bittersweet chocolate tends to pair well with an intense, in-your-face California Zinfandel.

Similar to “formal” wine tasting, if you will be experimenting with several varities of chocolates, work from light to dark. Start with a more subtle white chocolate and end on a dark or bittersweet chocolate.

White Chocolate Wine Suggestions

White chocolate tends to be more mellow and buttery in flavor, making it an ideal candidate for a Sherry (consider the Osborne Pedro Ximénez Sherry $20), for a Moscato d'Asti (try Saracco Moscato d'Asti 2006, $13), from Italy’s Piedmont region offers subtle, sweet bubbles, or an Orange Muscat (try Ventana Vineyard's Muscat d'Orange for $18). The Sherry and Moscato d’Asti will pick up the creaminess of the chocolates and the Orange Muscat will pick up any fruit tones on the scene. Another route, for pairing wine with white chocolate is going for the contrast pairing approach, this is a little riskier, but when you find a match it can be exceptional. For example, taking a wine like a Zinfandel which tends to have a heavier tannic content and often a higher alcohol level and partnering it with a creamy, buttered white chocolate can have an unusual "melding" affect. It's like the tannins get softened out by the fat content and make for a remarkable potential for pairing.

Milk Chocolate Wine Suggestions

Pinot Noir (you might consider Mark West Pinot Noir $10) or a lighter-bodied Merlot (try Hogue or Columbia Crest) will complement a bar of milk chocolate, a creamy chocolate mousse or chocolate accented cheesecake. Rieslings, Muscats (try Bonny Doon's Muscat Vin de Glaciere or the Bonny Doon "Vin de Glaciere" Muscat for $15) or dessert wines tend to hold up well to mild milk chocolates. Also consider a sparkling wine or Champagne for pairing with milk chocolate dipped strawberries. Last, but not least a classic milk chocolate pairing to consider is a nice Ruby Port - a very safe bet when looking for a perfect wine to accent milk chocolate.

Dark Chocolate Wine Suggestions

Dark or bittersweet chocolates need a wine that offers a roasted, slightly robust flavor itself, with perhaps a hint of its own chocolate notes. Cabs and Zinfandels have a history of perfecting the dark chocolate match, resulting in an unparalleled tasting combination. A Cabernet Sauvignon or a Zinfandel (try Ancient Peaks Zinfandel), Rancho Zabaco or Ridge) will more than fill your chocolate pairing expectations. Also consider a Pinot Noir or a Merlot to handle dark chocolate around the 55% cocoa mark. Finally, give a Tawny or Vintage Port a go to offer a very well balanced pairing approach to a dark chocolate dessert or truffle.

The Do-it-Yourself Approach to Pairing Wines and Chocolate

If you are looking for an easy and inexpensive, Do-it-Yourself way to experiment with wine and chocolate pairings, simply picking up a few bars of Green and Black's premium chocolate is a good way to start. By taking a "mix and match" approach to finding your own personal palate preferences when it comes to pairing wine and chocolate, you'll gain "hands-on" knowledge of which wines really complement which chocolate combinations. By opening eight bars of Green & Black's chocolate along with a few bottles of wine we were able to take each chocolate through a series of wine pairings to see which combinations rose to the top. This is just a starting point, the combinations could be almost unlimited when you start to shake up not only varietals, but vintages and producers with the more than a dozen chocolate bars made by Green & Black's. Check out our Green & Black's wine and chocolate pairing results here.
